Roomie Date Nights

In my two years as Casey’s roommate, we shared so many amazing memories, but my favorites by far were those when we had something that we called “roomie date nights.” Just the two of us would go out and do something completely random and silly in New York City, and often, for some unknown reason, those “roomie date nights” would end at Red Lobster with a basket of cheesy biscuits between us.

About Casey Feldman

Casey Feldman, 21, of Springfield, Pennsylvania, a senior at Fordham University Lincoln Center and an award-winning student journalist, was killed by a distracted driver on July 17, 2009 in Ocean City, N.J. She was 3/4 of the way across the street in a crosswalk during daylight hours when the driver failed to stop at the stop sign. He was looking down, reaching for his GPS.
