I never met Casey, but I’ve heard so much about her because of being in STW and because we’re doing The Laramie Project – which she was in six years ago. My brother, Matt, also knew her too. I feel like I sort of knew her, but I really wish I could have met her. We’re honoring her at STW with a special performance just for her family and friends and we’re going to be wearing pink just for her. I didn’t know her, but I feel so much sympathy for the people that did know her. I hope her family and friends are doing okay and that she is watching over all of them, and watching over the theatre. From what I’ve heard, she was a fantastic person, and my brother even said, “There was never a day when I didn’t see her smile.”
